This bathroom in a condo has a definite upgrade with Extra
deep tub ( as you can see I fit in it), Kohler fixtures, and
Porcelin tile from Bedrosians. Many varities and colors are
available with trim and borders.

Without a hesitation, we are happy that all of this
Luxurious tile was provided by Bedrosians Tile in Anaheim.
With a combination of Marble, Travertine, custom match
finish with Kohler fixtures, frameless shower doors, Cherry
cabinetry, and walls removed, has made this a wide open and
extremely beautiful retreat.

This Bathroom Remodel had a sunken tub with a patio door
behind it. We removed the door and sunken tub and added
Custom Cabinets, Emperorador Dark Marble, Tavertine, Kohler
fixtures, Tea For Two Tub, Awning window, Single piece
Recessed Shampoo Shelf, and Stationary Curved Glass Panel.

This old time fixture, has a renewed sense of style, that
can complete your Bathroom design.

This luxurious bathroom was converted from 4" x 4" Tiles to
a showroom qaulity bath. With a 66 inch corner Aquatic tub
with waterfall, handheld spray, and 28 jets and dual
controls, with seperate in line heater.. Install with Sigma
antique finihs fixtures with crystal accent handles and
plumbing pieces, really shows it's beauty. Toilet wall was
remolved, custom chandalier and can lights, custom finish
match for toilet handle, procelin tile with custom border,
custom vanity and mirrors, granite top and t ub deck,
frameless 1/2" glass shower doors, and route 24o Volt 30 amp
form panel for tub power.

This extra deep soaking tub has all the luxury without all
the price. This tub can be installed in a standard 60 inch
x 32 inch opening. What a difference with custom cabinetry,
granite, and Milano Almon tile for floor and walls. With a
simple border row and bull nose for cove ( instead of
baseboard), this simple design lends a hand to new elegance.

Faux Granite & Marble is manufactured in solid sheets for
showers,shower pans, tub enclosures, countertops, and sinks.
This allows for a easy to clean solid surface material.
Many colors and options are available. Countertops have one
peice molded in sinks, backsplashes, and faucet holes.

This Bathroom Remodel in Orange California was the
culmination of homeowner and contractor working together for
a picturesque designer bathroom. Combination of Marble,
Porcelain, and Glass tiles with a RED ONYX countertop with
GLASS VESSEL BOWLS.Grohe Fixtures were installed with
handheld for shower and tub,body jets, and wall mount
faucets. Custom frameless shower doors, new lighting,
vanity, mirrored wardrobe doors, and bahtroom floor
installed on a Diamond Patern with offset inlays.

Oversized shower with 2 rainheads, two handhelds, 12 foot x
4.5 foot shower with custom arched double shower doors with
2 large 16 inch x 60 inch shampoo shelves, awning window,
Green & Red Onyx tile from Bedrosians with large medallian,
Red Onyx countertop, Hammerred Copper bowls with custom
metal finish on fixtures to match, total remodel of closet,
Coffee Glazed cabintry and custom lighting with Panosonic
exhaust fans.

DreamWorks Remodeling only believes in Hot Mopping Shower
Pans. Other vinyl liners dry out in time and crack very
easily. Shown here is the method for a hot Mopped pan. 1.)
Demo out old shower 2.) Frame in for surround and dam3.)
Install concrete float for pan and dam. 4.) Cement board
for concrete float for walls 5.) Tile and grout shower.
Remember your tile is not meant to be water proof, water
might penetrate it, and that moisture will follow its way
down into the weep holes of the drain. These weep holes
allow for water in the pan to drain after it has gone
through the tile and float.

quality stone from Bedrosians Tile. This Beautifull
Travertine with Flower border, incorporated with Emperador
Dark Marble for countertop with undermount sinks, top edge
of shower entrance, mosaic for floor, and solid surface for
shower seat. This shower has a unique feature of a rounded
window with Emperador Dark Marble in a mosaic wrapped around
the window, and in the back of the shampoo shelf. Coupled
with a Mocha Glaze vanity and Kohler fixtures, with
frameless shower doors. This oversize shower is truely the
envy of this Newport Beach Nieghborhood.

This unique bathroom in Corona Ca. has Mosaic Travertine
tile with pencil Travertine borders, Old World Bronze
fixtures, 5/16 inch glass glass shower doors, chandalier,
copper pedestal with glass vessel sink with Dolphin faucets.
All finishes on fixtures were custom matched.

This Remodeled Powder Room has personaized glazed tile with
Roosters on them placed randomly in bathroom. With
Panosonic Exhaust Fan, this Powder Room in Lemon Heights
shows there geusts that their hosts thinks alot of them.

This newly Remodeled home in Garden Grove won the award for
2006 for best in city. Wow! This is an example of a pony
wall on the back of the tub to allow for shower door
installs and waterproofing. With Granite Countertops,
pre-fab cabinets, a perfect balanced look has been achieved.

Gutted down to studs to vault ceiling to 14 feet, install 2
skylights that open. Reconfigure bathroom door opening,
closet, and bedroom door entry. Installed " Tea For Two" tub
by Kohler with remote drain release, "California Brass"
fixtures. Purchased from Bedrosians, this high quality tile
and solid Toreon (Travertine) slab shows tiles on brick
pattern with chairail and cane border, diamond pattern on
floor, inlay for shower valve and shampoo shelf, solid slab
of Toreon for tub deck and countertop, wall mounted faucets,
and Cherry Glaze cabinets.

This Bathroom Remodel in Garden Grove is on the second story
of a Condo. With beautiful Tumbled Stone, Soaking Tub,
Recessed Niches, new fixtures, Absolute Black Granite
Countertop, Travertine floor, and new ceiling fixtures, has
updated this bathroom with no need for any future remodels.
