Downstairs Bathroom


This old carriage house converted into a seperate unit was
complete with it's own bathroom. We framed in walls, Copper
Repipe, new low profile Panosonic Fan, Shower Pan, Pressure
Balance shower valve, Ceramic Tile, vanity, Granite Top, and
Overmount Sink.

Downstairs Bedroom & New Stairs


The new Access to the new unit is through the new corner
wrap staircase we installed with walk in closet, Recessed
Can Lights, Fujitsu Mini Central Air System, Solid Birch
stained doors, French Door, New Drywall, and new entry into
living room.

Downstairs Kitchen


We Completely repiped with ABS and Copper for kitchen,
bathrooms, and laundry room, and utility room. New wet wall
for plumbing, Par 20 Recessed can lights, Tracpipe (
flexible gas line), Pre-fab Granite countertops, ceramic
tile, in place Range, Microwave Hood/Exhaust fan, and new
support beams.

Downstairs Living Room


This Total Remodel really utilized this new apartment unit
to it's fullest. We remodeled Recessed Can Lights, built in
closet, doorway to bedroom, and new Superior Vynal French
Patio Door with Sidelights.

Downstairs Utility Room


This Utility Room is the most important room in the house.
We rerouted drains, Copper Repipe, washer & dryer hook up,
new electrical panel for apartment, new Solid Core Stained
door, and new Trac Pipe gas lines.

Master Bedroom


Brick and concrete block exterior walls were a challange to
work with on all framing and drywall installation. We
removed wall between original 2 bedrooms and made one master
bedroom. We installed a beam and posts, reframed ceiling,
new Recessed Can Lights, ceiling fan, new closet, and filled
in window.

Outside work


After 85 years the outside of this home required alot of
care. We rebuilt the patio cover, all new Supeior Windows &
Door, complete restucco, new Asphalt Roofing, new Beadboard
Overhang, new Exterior Security Lighting, 200 Amp Main
Electical Panel,2 & seperated sub-panels.

Upstairs Dining Room


We converted the stairway to a corner wrap, New Solid Oak
Wood Flooring, New Superior Windows, all new drywall and
paint, new doors, and all new Recessed Can lights.

Upstairs Guest Bath


One of 3 Bathroom Remodels, Complete Copper Repipe, Pressure
Balance Tub Valve, Beechwood Cabinetry, Clear Glass Rimless
Shower Doors, Panosonic Exhaust Fan, new electical,
Porcelain Coated Steel Tub, & Pre fab Granite Countertop.

Upstairs Kitchen


We removed a wall between the kitchen and living room and
installed a support beam. New walls framed in. New Beechwood
Cabinetry with plywood boxes, Lazy Susan Cabinet, Pantries,
and with no particle board, Granite Countertops with bartop,
and Milano Almond Tile floor,

Upstairs Living Room


This living room has original Hardwood Floors that we
refinished. New Superior Windows, all new drywall, Recessed
Can lights, trim molding and Baseboards.

Upstairs Master Bathroom


This Master Bathroom was gutted and totaly redone. New
copper repipe, drains, fiberglass shower pan, Porcelain
Tile, Clear Rimless Shower Doors, Vanity, Apothacary,
Granite Countertop, Panosonic Exhaust Fan, and new GFI
circuit.
