I started with AAL Maintenance and Repair for all of my Handyman projects, it soon expanded into AAL Construction Co, and Finally I developed Dreamworks Remodeling which just personifies the zenith of Home Repairs and Construction in Orange County and Southern California. Our versatile team is trained to handle all of your Remodel and Repair Projects that way you see the same qualified people every day. We will greet you warmly and take time to discuss any of your project questions and concerns. We know that cummunicating with your Contractor is the key to the success of your Project. We Gaurentee that our staff will speak professionaly, curtiously and communicates in English. Dreamworks Remodeling works on the Lead Carpenter system with our dedicated staff certified in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, woodworking, cabinet making, framing, painting, tiling, drywalling, roofing, glass and stone setting, vynal floor installation, masonry and Handyman Projects. We have many work partners who are dedicated to getting our projects done like the priotity they are, including Carpet Installers, Granite Fabricators, Marble fabricators, Heating and Air Conditioning and Landscapers. Our office staff works closely with our, installation crews, construction crews, demolition crews, cleanup crews and Abatement crews in the coordination of our partners and material suppliers. Lester O'Malley

Founder of DreamWorks Remodeling, AAL Construction and AAL Maintenance and Repair, continually works harder each day to serve his clients across Southern California! This includes keeping up to date on his education. He attends seminars and work shops throughout the year to furthor his education and knowledge of the Construction Industry. He is currently working on his CAPS, which stands for Certified Aging in  Place Specialist. This training is necessary to meet the needs of our older generations in their later years.

Dan Holley
Dan Holly, our Project Supervisor, has been in the Remodeling industry for 18 years. With his vast knowledge of Project Supervision, Installation Procedures, and his excellent Customer Service, Dan will help make your home improvement project a smooth operation from start to finish.


Christopher O'Malley

Chris is our Project Manager and Customer Relations Manager, with many years of service with the YMCA and Sheriffs Department. He has 10 years experience supervising projects including coordination of labor, materials, and services to  complete our projects as scheduled. His attention to detail will ensure your project large or small will be done right the first time.


Bernard Johnson III

Bernie has been with us for over 6 years and is a veteran of hundreds of projects including bathrooms, kitchens, room additions, home improvements, & renovations, many of which he oversaw himself. His Lead Carpenter skills are second to none on any project he is placed on.


Bernard Johnson Jr.
Bernie Has been with us for 6 years and is one of our Lead carpenters. His plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and many other skills honed by his years of experience provide a great foundation for our installation crews.


Cory
Cory is one of our Lead Carpenters and has been a great asset in providing drive and performance on our projects.


Laura

Laura has been with us for over 5 years and is one of our key installers handling details on your projects such as Tiling, Plumbing, Drywall, Painting, Moldings, and many other Construction Trade aspects


Jon

Jon is one of our apprentices working with our Leads and Installers in all aspects of your remodeling projects including small repairs, demolition, installations, logistics, and all other improvement catagories.


Lisa O'Malley

Our Office Manager who coordinates the behind the scenes elements that bring your projects together, and keeps our team running like a well oiled machine.


Grace

Grace is our Office Coordinator who handles our day to day office responsibilities, including appointments, follow up calls, correspondence and processing needs.


Clint

Clint is one of our hardest working team members focusing on coordination and reapirs in all catagories for your project. He has quickly learned many of our skills and practices for completing your project like the prioirty it is. Clint's motto is " If a Cowboy can't do it, then it can't be done at all!"
