The patience, courtesy, and professionalism provided by both you and your employees were absolutely outstanding. There were many instances that exposed my ill-conceived projects, plus the countless questions which surely tested all of you to your limits; however each of you remained informative with a willingness to explain both advantages and disadvantages so that I may meet my expectations. In addition, none of you telegraphed or exercised negative body language to display disgust or impatience at any time. All of you provided only sincere technical assistance and guidance at all times. A special acknowledgement to you in being absolutely punctual at all times. As you found out, my available time was very limited. Therefore, each and every meeting or communication you made was congenial to my schedule. This was incredibly important to me; and basically, absolutely mandatory ["priceless"]. Also let it be known that you did what you said you would and delivered on time. The workmanship provided by your employees and sub-contractors was actually beyond my expectations e.g. cabinets shower tile etc..(As a matter of fact, I had mentally allocated time for several discussions regarding workmanship etc. -Which never came to fruition - THANK YOU VERY MUCH). Should you wish to take any photographs of your workmanship, this letter provides you with that authorization to do so. They helped with the layout of the bathroom, they showed up every day on time until the job was finished, and they finished the remodel in the exact amount of time they quoted. They did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. We are planning future remodeling and will definitely have AAL do the work.
